Every service offered was top rate. All staff were welcoming and most helpful. Showers were well prepared and practical. Meals fresh at all times, with great options. Very relaxing lounge.

I have stopped here and used the lounge on two occasions over the last year or so. The Staff are very friendly and helpful and it starts with a warm welcome. Could do with a larger selection of foods but what was offered was of good quality. The shower was as good as the best for its size clean and fresh.

The experience was very good, I used the showers and experience the lounge for 6h. I would have liked proper lockers to leave my luggage and not having to carry it with me constantly. Food was very good and very kind staff in all the lounge.

I thought the freshly prepared food was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly recently though for some English wasn't their primary language. The toilets were exceptionally clean too

My experience in the lounge was wonderful. I had booked it for 3 hrs. I had a lovely massage too. The food looked amazing. The staff there couldn't do enough for me. So polite and caring.

I had it booked for 3hrs, food was yummy, also had a complimentary massage, it was the best decision with my travel. I would highly recommend this if you have long lay over at Kuala Lumpur

Service was very friendly and efficient. Was very nice to be able to shower between flights during a long layover. Also was offered and accepted a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage which was appreciated. Food was sufficient but not a lot of variety but quite ok. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks were enjoyed by us. Overall would definitely book the lounge again for a long layover. Was relaxing. Thank you
