Pearl Harbor has been on the bucket list for a while. Having the chance to experience the memorial, read the history of the attack, see inside a submarine and the Mighty Mo was amazing. No words can describe.

This was such a cool experience. The tour guides were awesome, the food was great too. Very educational and a huge part of history. We came all the way from Colorado to see it and boy was it worth every second. Take the shuttle to the aviation museum if you can also. It's quite a sight all around.

Self-guided tour: Explore at your own pace

After the guided tour, take the opportunity to delve deeper into the battleship at your leisure. With a digital tour map that you can avail by scanning a QR code aboard the ship and informative signage throughout the ship, you can explore various exhibits. Don't miss out on seeing the crew's living quarters, the engine room, and the massive gun turrets. This self-guided experience allows you to absorb the ship's rich history and engineering marvels at your own pace, making for a personalized and immersive visit.

What to Bring

You may bring jackets, sweaters, small wallets, and necessary medication.

Small cameras, camcorders, and cell phones are permitted.

Sealable beverage containers are allowed if they are small in size.

What’s Not Allowed

Due to heightened security, no bags of any kind are allowed at Pearl Harbor attractions including backpacks, purses, diaper bags, and camera bags.

Accessibility

Wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, and canes are allowed and subject to inspection.

Restrooms are available on the pier, just inside the gates, and aboard the ship.

Additional Information

Baggage storage is available to the right as you enter Pearl Harbor National Memorial, with a fee of $7 per bag and $10 for oversized items. For security reasons, please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

Keep in mind that this is a memorial and wear respectful attire during your visit. We recommend comfortable walking shoes, lightweight, breathable clothing, sunscreen, and hats. Avoid clothing or head coverings with profanity or nudity to maintain a respectful environment.

Always face the ladders and keep your hands free to maintain a firm grip while ascending and descending the decks.
