Amazing experience, the view of the Palm it's very impressive, before we enter the observatory we can learn about the history of the construction, really Nice to see, Very impressive construction. The Lost world it's amaaaaazing! Not only for the big Variety of marine species, but for the hole ambient inspired in the Lost city of Atlantis. As someone that love greek mitology and fish, i was amazed. As a Veterinary, I was in love by How the fishes looks all so good and health! The mermaid show make my internal child Very happy also. I fully recomend this combo!

An unforgettable experience with breathtaking views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai! Everything was well organized, entry was smooth, and the panoramic view from Level 52 was absolutely stunning. A must-visit attraction in Dubai, especially if you love beautiful views and taking photos. Highly recommended!

The checkin was super smooth when the rest of the visitors were standing in a queue for tickets i just had to show my pee booked tickets and wallah it's all done !!!

A Magical Day at The Lost Chambers! 5/5 stars We had an amazing time visiting The Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis, The Palm with my parents and our 11-month-old baby! The huge floor-to-ceiling underwater views are unreal. My parents loved watching the sharks and stingrays glide past the Atlantis ruins, and the peaceful vibe made it really easy for them to enjoy without feeling rushed. It was also perfect for our baby! The glowing fish and massive tanks kept our little one completely mesmerized the whole time, and the low glass windows meant they could see everything easily. Plus, it's super stroller-friendly, spacious, and wonderfully air-conditioned—a total lifesaver in the Dubai heat. A smooth, beautiful day out for the whole family. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, from the organization and welcoming atmosphere to the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The location is elegant, beautifully maintained, and absolutely spectacular. An unforgettable view of Palm Jumeirah! The combination of the stunning coastline, crystal-clear water, and Dubai’s impressive skyline made this experience truly special. The scenery was even more beautiful in person, and it was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. A breathtaking experience worth seeing!

Guests are not allowed to put their mobile phones, cameras, selfie sticks, tripods, bags, and other personal belongings on or through the gaps of the window panels of the terrace or to hold such items outside the terrace of The View.

Outside food and beverages, magic markers, spray paint, aerosol cans, glass bottles, knives, fireworks/explosives, firearms/ammunition, chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray, multi-tools, skate shoes, or any footwear with wheels are not allowed inside the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Large bags, shopping bags, and strollers must be kept in the lockers located near The View entrance.

Guests and their belongings may be required to undergo a security check before entering the observation deck.

The Lost World Aquarium

Guests under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult for In the Marine Animal Experiences, while guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult for the Fish Tales Tour.

This ticket can only be used during the non-prime hours. Non Prime Hours: 9 AM to 4 PM and 7 PM to 7:30 PM Sunrise hours slot: 5:30am 6:30am (Sat & Sun)
