Slightly handicapped, but was offered help with luggage and guidance where to find the track for my connection. Service to find gates and facilitated entry, since my first experience from using railway in UK. Aircondition and very fast transport to LHR. Lars

Quite easy access but difficulties when entering through gates before train. Reader did not work propergly, took some time to get through with 3 people one by one.1st class was great, plenty of room and nice seats
