The Colosseum is a must-see if you’re visiting Rome; the audio guides, which are always included with every Headout ticket, are very helpful. An incredibly comprehensive ticket. The Colosseum is spectacular, but the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill really surprised us; we spent nearly 6 hours doing both activities. Just a heads up: if you want to see everything in detail, you'll need to buy the upgraded experience so you don't miss anything.

The combo ticket is a must-buy! Skipping the endless lines at the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and Vatican Museums saves hours under the sun. It's a lot of walking and very crowded, but totally worth it to experience Rome's history without the hassle.

We were so disappointed when the official 18€ Colosseum tickets sold out, but Headout saved our trip! Once inside, my mind was blown. The sheer size of the building is unimaginable for the era it was built—it 100% deserves to be a Wonder of the World. Honestly, it felt like walking straight into a Game of Thrones set. You see these massive, supernatural-looking buildings on TV and never believe they exist in real life. But this one actually does!

Easy to book and easy to get in. The advantage of the ticket is that we could leave some time between our visit to the Colosseum and our visit to the Forum—which was much appreciated during the heat wave. So we visited the Colosseum in the morning and came back in the late afternoon for the Forum (a little less crowded and 2 degrees cooler).

Entry to the Colosseum was quick and smooth. Despite the large crowds, it was always possible to find a place to sit or take photos. There are several spots where you can refill your water bottles, which is quite important in hot weather.

Please note that timed priority entry is only available at the Colosseum, but the tickets for the Forum and Palatine will remain valid for an additional 24 hours after the Colosseum entry time selected during booking.

Note that there are 2 entrances: one for the Colosseum, and another for the Roman Forum & Palatine Hill (combined). You may enter each entrance ONLY ONCE and not re-enter.

The security check can take 30 minutes or more. To make the process quicker, please insert any object (including mobile phones) in the bag/backpack or in the tray to be included in the X-ray.
