We had a wonderful experience at The Green Planet Dubai! The indoor rainforest was beautifully designed, and it was amazing to see so many different birds, animals, and plants up close. The whole experience was relaxing, fun, and educational, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Superbe sortie Burj Khalifa reste un truc à faire Pour le site, j'ai eu une petite peur car je n'avais pas reçu les tickets mais le service client ( une IA) à été super efficace et rapide. J'ai été impressionné par la rapidité et la rigueur des réponses apportées à mon petit problème...

Our experience made it evident that Dubai is futuristic. From the height of 125 level we could see clearly the shape of the various building that shape like ships from the future, like a city in a different galaxy. Wow! We highly recommend this stop!

Green Planet est une véritable pépite au cœur de Dubaï. Dès l’entrée, on est plongé dans une forêt tropicale reconstituée avec un souci du détail impressionnant : cascade, biodiversité variée (paresseux, oiseaux exotiques, reptiles…) et une atmosphère humide qui renforce l’immersion. Le parcours à travers les différents étages permet de découvrir l’écosystème sous plusieurs angles, de la canopée jusqu’au sol de la forêt. Le personnel est disponible et passionné, avec de nombreuses anecdotes sur les espèces présentes. Une activité idéale en famille ou entre amis, parfaite pour échapper à la chaleur tout en apprenant sur la préservation de la biodiversité. La réservation via Headout était simple et rapide, avec un accès fluide sur place. Je recommande vivement, surtout si vous cherchez une pause nature au milieu du décor urbain de Dubaï !

C'est la deuxième fois qu'on visite le Burj Khalifa et c'est toujours aussi magnifique, une expérience unique. Il n'est pas concevable de venir à Dubaï sans avoir fait cette activité.

Ottima esperienza con Headout Ho utilizzato Headout durante il mio viaggio ad Abu Dhabi e mi sono trovato molto bene. La prenotazione è stata semplice e veloce, i biglietti sono arrivati immediatamente e non ho avuto problemi all’ingresso delle attrazioni. Ho apprezzato soprattutto la comodità di avere tutto direttamente sul telefono, senza dover stampare nulla. Anche le informazioni presenti nella prenotazione erano chiare. Per chi sta organizzando un viaggio ad Abu Dhabi consiglio di confrontare bene le varie opzioni disponibili su Headout, soprattutto quando si vogliono visitare più attrazioni, perché si possono trovare combinazioni convenienti. Nel complesso, esperienza positiva e servizio molto comodo per organizzare le attività durante il viaggio. Lo utilizzerei nuovamente.

Learn about the rare and exotic animals that live at the bio-dome, including sugar gliders, squirrel monkeys, Burmese pythons, and a school of 1,000 adult, red-bellied piranhas.

Important Information

Burj Khalifa

Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.

Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes in the elevator queue.

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

Green Planet

Green Planet is wheelchair-friendly.

Food, beverages, and smoking are strictly not allowed in The Green Planet.

You cannot bring monopods, selfie sticks, or tripods into The Green Planet. Flash photography is also not allowed here.

You are entitled to 4 hours of free parking at underground City Walk mall parking with a minimum spend of AED 100 at The Green Planet. You will need to validate your token before exiting, each additional hour is charged at AED 20.

Prime hours: 3pm to 6:30pm

Green Planet

Daily: 10am to 6pm (last admission at 5:30pm).
