Getting settled

After clearing passport control and security in the International Departures area, follow the signs to the East Wing. The lounge is located on the 4th floor, so ride the escalator opposite Gate 11, and follow the signs for the “Transit Hotel” to locate the entrance. Present your valid ID, booking, and boarding pass to check in and begin your relaxing stay.

Timings

• The lounge is open daily from 6am to 10pm.

• Food services are available between 6am and 9:30pm.

• Shower services are available from 7am to 8pm, with the last available slot at 7:30pm.

Documents required

• A valid photo ID matching the booking name is required to access the lounge.

• Also, carry the same-day boarding pass for onward travel.

• The lounge is situated in the Departures Area, so ensure that you complete passport control and security checks before entering.
