The zoo itself was nice, I recommend going either very early or later in the day because the animals were less active during the afternoon. It also was somewhat confusing to figure your way around the zoo as there were lots of side pass that aren't marked on the maps, which are fun. If you have time to get lost, but not if you're trying to make sure you hit certain animals. I also think it's somewhat ingenuous that head out called this ticket, " with tram ride" as everyone can jump on the tram. You don't need a special ticket for it. There was cheaper pricing on other sites. I just couldn't get the sites to process. At the end of the day. The price wasn't that much different from what the zoo offered.

Loved the incredible variety of animals—most of them looked like they were living their best, well-cared-for lives. The tram ride was an absolute hero, saving our legs while hopping between the different sections of the zoo. The restaurants, however, seem to operate on the “you’re already inside the zoo” pricing model—slightly steep, but somewhat expected. Overall, the mix of free-roaming animals was a fantastic initiative; seeing them uncaged made the whole experience feel far more natural and enjoyable. 🦒🚋

I chose the Headout special for Singapore Zoo because it offered better-value combo tickets, mobile entry, and included tram/shuttle options that made the visit smoother and less tiring. The highlights were the easy, queue-free entry with e-tickets, convenient tram rides around the large grounds, and spending time near the free-ranging orangutans and other animals in naturalistic rainforest-style habitats, which created the most memorable moments of the day.

Using head out to purchase our tickets made entering the zoo super easy! There was a line to purchase tickets and we were able to walk up to the ticket booth scan and enter. Singapore zoo was an amazing day out and walking around the grounds was an amazing experience. Well worth going to see and would definitely recommend as an activity to do while in Singapore

The site is large and well organized. There is a free tram to take you from one area to another, but you can also walk. The animals are well treated and are not kept in small, cramped cages with concrete floors, as is often the case. It is clear that the animals are the priority. It was a wonderful day and good value for money.

We had a wonderful experience at the Singapore Zoo, especially as a family traveling with a baby. The zoo is extremely baby-friendly, with stroller-friendly paths, nursing rooms, and many thoughtful facilities for parents. The environment is clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with no strong animal odors, which made our visit very pleasant. The tram service connects different zones, making it easy to get around without feeling tired. There is also a children’s playground where kids can release energy and fully enjoy themselves. Food options are reasonably priced and surprisingly tasty. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable visit, and we would happily return again in the future. It is an ideal destination for families with young children visiting Singapore again.
