Amazing animals to view and beautiful forestry. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the tram rides as it's not always easy to walk the whole course. We were a party of 3 who all agreed that it was a most enjoyable experience. If you're visiting Singapore please don't miss the zoo...it's so worthwhile.

Not very impressed with ticket handling or how information is explained (actually NOT explained) on the website. From the zoo website there is no way to tell that this is 5 DIFFERENT parks, and you need to buy tickets FOR EACH PARK. On ticket handling, when you buy a ticket for 2 people you get sent two seperate tickets, with 2 seperate numbers. Once you have your tickets (and this is truly bizarre), you then need to use those to book the zoo. ??? Makes no sense.. And don't let them tell you it's the booking site (Headout), it's not. We used headout to book Big Bus, and it worked just the way you'd expect. Big 👎 for the zoo.

Both parks are amazing. I can easily see why they are considered the best. Birds paradise gives you a possibility of seeing birds flying free as park is divided into geographically themed zones. And you get to be close to the birds! During my stay storm hit the park - and I hid under on of the covered areas - with the birds also hiding from rain! Amazing. Zoo is also good - many monkeys are literally above you, you sometimes forget that you are in the zoo! I spend a full day at each park and I liked it - I was able to walk on my own pace etc. You could do both in one day as well.

I love the Singapore zoo!!! I'm also amazed that there's a kids corner where my little one could enjoy. Not only the animals, but the place itself. Good job!
