We were very happy with the cruise from Westminster to Greenwich, despite rain and not excellent visibility. The young man who gave us a running commentary all along, was very knowledgeable and clearly knows, and in fact, loves his job and the Thames River. We learned a lot! Thank you!

My wife and I did the Westminster Pier -> Greenwich Pier cruise by City Cruises back in 2023 and really enjoyed it, especially the entertaining live commentary. Last weekend we met up with friends over from Australia and went again with them, as we knew they’d enjoy it. The live commentary was just as entertaining and the weather was better this time too! If you don’t have much time in London, this is a good value trip and a great way to see some of the city, whilst also being entertained!

We didn't wait very long to get on the boat, and luckily for us the weather was nice. I imagine that being outside when it rains must not be the same experience. I particularly enjoyed the "guide" who was funny and energetic. You get a nice view of the landmarks close to the Thames.

Great cruise, live commentary was good, quite funny and very informative but he does mention that he is not paid to do this, it's a way of gaining tips. Something to be aware of, we have all paid to be on the cruise we shouldn't be made to feel we have to tip as well.
