The experience was perfect. The guide was very friendly and the explanation on the volcano was very good. The only problem was the pick up, they did not give us the information until we called three times. Then they didn't give us concrete information about where they were going to pick us up and gave us two different times so we almost missed the bus.

They never arrived at the meeting place, my husband, myself and 6 other people were not able to make the trip.
