The cruise staff was very engaging and interacted with us very well. The wine and cheese given to us was of good quality. However, 1 hour is not enough to fully enjoy the cruise - distributing the wine and cheese while also giving the tour talk may be too much for just 1 guide (the other crew member was the pilot). Overall, very good but wish it had been longer.

The guide told interesting stories. I expected to see the Keizersgracht, Herengracht and Prinsengracht but our tour took us to the eastern part of the city and visited none of those, which was a bit disappointing. Perhaps I should have chosen the other departing point. There was no shade on the spot where we stood waiting for boarding.

The cheese was delicious with a good sized portion. Refills of wine and beer and soft drinks were frequently offered. The commentary was also fun and interesting. Our host was very welcoming and friendly and worked hard, thank you.
