I explicitely chose this trip because of the audio guide in English. There was NO AUDIO GUIDE provided. The guide then said, that he would speak German, because "you know, there are german people here". He meant this as a joke, but I did not find it funny. He repeated a small percentage of the information in English during the tour. At the end of the tour the crew requested tip agressively, stating how much they want per person, and pushed the dish in which they collected the money to people's face during the disambarkation. Fully unacceptable.

We really enjoyed the tour through the harbor and the Speicherstadt. Captain Markus gave us a lot of interesting information in an amusing and entertaining way. We also liked the fact that we were able to sit outside in the back of the boat despite the cold and damp weather. You can find a few drawn impressions of me on Instagram under heweneca. I've also tagged you there.
