Dogs are permitted on board for a fee of €3.90 per cruise, and water bowls are available on request. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times.

The MS Palladium provides ground-level access to the main deck, with a wheelchair-accessible toilet available on that deck. Access to the open sun deck is only possible via a staircase.

The cruise is confirmed as wheelchair accessible. Guests with prams or strollers can also board and access the main deck without difficulty.

If you are a wheelchair user, the main deck provides full barrier-free access with good views of the riverbanks; the upper deck cannot be accessed by wheelchair. Guide dogs and assistance animals are welcome on board.

Arrive at the KD Ticket Office on Mainkai, Frankfurt (near the Eiserner Steg / Iron Bridge), 15 minutes before your selected departure time.

The commentary is delivered by loudspeaker announcement throughout the cruise in both German and English, it is not an audio guide via headset.

The MS Palladium is a modern river cruiser built in 2006, with approximately 400 sqm of usable deck space.

The full loop covers roughly 50 minutes upriver to the Gerbermühle turning point, then returns to the Mainkai jetty.
