I really enjoyed the city tour of Frankfurt. I found the informative audio guide, the clean and tidy bus, and the attentive driver particularly positive. I also thought it was very good that they made sure no food or open drinks were brought along. Overall, a thoroughly successful city tour!

It was very interesting to learn so much about the big city in such a short time. The bus driver was super nice and helpful. However, the specified stop at the Frankfurt Zoo could not be found, and we were told that no red bus comes by here. So we had to take the subway to St. Paul's Church, which is not easy for people with walking difficulties. And even there, we received poor advice at the tourist information center. We then happened to see the red bus and followed it to the stop. It would be desirable to define the stops more precisely...

Best part was the fact the driver made sure we got to the closest stop to where we were going once we made a mistake and didn't get off! Bus was clean and ear devices worked well. The auditory words spoken were given the knowledge we wanted! Great job!

It was really nice. It was a shame that the bus didn't stop and we couldn't get off. Because of the CSD, we also couldn't ride the entire route. Overall, it was great, but for that reason, I'm giving it only a 4 🌟

The bus was fine, the guide was friendly and helpful. The sound on the information was good but we thought the amount of dialogue and info was a bit sparse. There were many beautiful older buildings that we passed where there was no information. We would have loved to have heard more about the beautiful and interesting city of Frankfurt.

I didn't like having to download an app to get the tickets. Just send a PDF. Also the earphones didn't work. I had to use mine.
