Last week

Tickets for the cathedral were sold out, but were still available through HeadOut. The organization was excellent. The audio guide was easy to follow. Here’s a tip: the audio tour and the guided tour started at the same time. That wasn’t a problem for us, but several people seemed to have trouble telling them apart. It would be more convenient to schedule them at different times (e.g., 1:00 PM and 1:10 PM). Or to indicate that people with a headset belong to the guided tour and those without a headset to the audio tour. Now people had to remember the guide’s name, and in the crowd, the difference between the audio tour and the guided tour might have been hard to hear for some people?

It was a really pleasant tour. The guide was really kind and her english was understandable. Overall I would recommend this tour for anyone that wants to avoid queue and to hear all the interesting information about the cathedral. Just one small tip for everyone climbing to the Giralda take some water with you (you can buy outside before going to the tower) :)

This app has been excellent so far. It reminds you of appointments and sends tickets on time. However, there is no queue-jumping at the cathedral. In fact, when we said we had bought a skip-the-line ticket, they told us that there was no such thing and that we had to queue like everyone else. Still, it went quickly.

You can’t go to Seville without visiting the stunning Gothic cathedral—the largest in the world—and climbing to the top of the Giralda. There are always tons of tourists, but with the skip-the-line tickets I bought on Headout, everything was much easier and faster. I highly recommend this app.

The tour guide Alejandro was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, funny and made history sound interesting. The tour time is 1 hr but you get time after the official tour to explore at your own pace which was perfect for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it.

The experience was only partially successful because we couldn't use the audio guide. Luckily, there were several of us... We entered at 4:20 PM for a tour of the Giralda scheduled for 4:00 PM, followed by the cathedral, so by 5:45 PM they were closing and kicking us out. We weren’t able to complete the full tour of the cathedral. Since the admission fee isn’t cheap, they should stick to the schedule.
