The Royal Alcazar of Seville is an absolute 'must do' experience!!! Our tickets allowed us to take our time, and we spent hours exploring the palaces and gardens. There is so much art, history and a melding of cultures everywhere you look, it's almost overwhelming for the senses! Fortunately, the gardens have many peaceful nooks to sit and collect your thoughts for a moment. There are many rooms, hallways, courtyards... a lot to see (and easy to miss some if you don't use the free audio guide). I found the audio a little disorienting (confusing directions), but was good to use for each area we visited to get the full picture, and to check that we hadn't missed anything... I nearly missed t he baths! Much bigger than it seems from the outside, be sure to allow plenty of time for the Alcazar. The cathedral and Tower visit was a bonus - not too hard to climb the tower (it's all a ramp until the final 17 steps) for the fantastic 360 degree views - including of the Alcazar.

With the combo ticket, we were able to visit the Cathedral and the Alcázar of Seville without going to the ticket office. Security checks to enter are strict (metal detectors, documents, and tickets in hand), so you can't really call it a true "skip-the-line," but the wait times are acceptable. Pay attention to the queues because it's not very clear; ask the staff. Inside the Cathedral and the Alcázar, the tour route and explanatory panels are practically non-existent, so prepare a bit before entering by looking at the map and reading a tourist guide, or get the audio guides. Additionally, included in the ticket, you can also visit the Church of El Salvador, not far from the Cathedral, within two days of using the ticket.

The venue is extraordinary with so much to see and understand to get the full experience you need to have either a Guide or audio otherwise you will miss a great deal. Don't forget to look up, as so much of the detail is above your head, be prepared to wait in a room after everyone else has gone to experience the sound, of water or the stillness. Our visit to the Alcázar was absolutely amazing! Buying the Fast Track Access tickets was the best decision we made. As you can see from the photo I took at the entrance, the regular queue was incredibly long and moving very slowly. Thanks to our priority tickets, we skipped the entire line and saved so much time, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful palaces and gardens without stress. The architecture is breathtaking and the whole experience was smooth and well-organized. I highly recommend upgrading to the fast track option to anyone planning to visit!

The Alcazar is not to be missed. Allow plenty of time for viewing the exquisite rooms and exploring the gardens. Check out the cooling baths under the building. The cathedral is especially rich due to its continuous use as the center of Catholic life in Sevilla. Make sure to join a rooftop tour for the best inside look at how a building that complex is built and expresses the spirit of its purpose. The views are extraordinary. And the views from the tower are even more so. Be prepared to walk up 34 ramps (about 3 per floor)

Begin your journey at the Lion's Gate (Puerta del León), the main entrance to Alcázar Seville. You skip the line tickets will be validated alongside your passport or ID, letting you skip the wait and dive right into the action.

Alcázar Seville: Originally built as a Moorish fort, the Alcázar evolved into a royal palace exhibiting a striking fusion of Mudéjar, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. Don’t miss the lush palace gardens, spread across seven hectares and featuring fountains, pavilions, and more than 170 unique plant species.

Seville Cathedral: Enter the world’s largest Gothic cathedral, replete with monumental chapels, intricate altarpieces, and priceless religious relics. The cathedral is also the final resting place of Christopher Columbus, whose ornate tomb is positioned near the south transept just inside the main entrance.

La Giralda: Ascend the Cathedral’s bell tower—formerly a minaret from the mosque that once stood here. As you climb its 35 gently sloped ramps, admire the architectural transition from Islamic to Renaissance design before arriving at the top for sweeping panoramic views over Seville.
