For you all perfect, the problem is that in less than 90 minutes is difficult to see the Alcazar, because entering at 16.30 and taking you out before 18 is not appreciated the monument so I think they should lengthen the visit time. In the comments it says that the right time don 3 hours, not half that I did not get to this. For the platform all very well

It is terrible that they allow people to take pictures of the monuments when there are so many images on the internet. They should ban photography during the exhibition.

Breathtakingly beautiful, what an experience! Only downside: we had to join a huge queue at the back with online tickets and time slot. Were later put in a separate line after which we were quickly inside.

Everything worked as it should, instructions were clear and it gave us confidence we wouldn't have to join a long queue. Both the Alcazar and the Cathedral are worth a visit - the Cathedral in particular is stunning.

The Alcazar palace and its gardens are breathtaking, they deserved a full day or half day just those to look at them at leisure, instead we wanted to do the cathedral the same day and in my opinion it was a bit wasted. I recommend going on two different days to fully enjoy the Alcazar gardens and all the hidden chapels in the Cathedral. No problems with reservations or entry, very clear where to go for entry and quick lines.

Also, check out the Courtyard of the Dolls where the royal princes and princesses used to play. Don't miss Francisco Pisano’s admirable altar of tiles and the balconies that bring a little element of Renaissance to the palace. With a simple upgrade, you can get exclusive access to the stunning royal bedrooms featuring coffered ceilings and rich tapestries.

This ticket also grants you access to an excavation site right below the palace. What to bring

According to the Alcazar of Seville regulations, each guest must carry their personal ID or original physical document. Online documents, photocopies, or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind trolleys, suitcases, sharp metallic tools or objects, drones, selfie sticks, food & beverages, ammunition, and prohibited substances are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and any commercial photography or filming without express authorization from the Board of Trustees is a no-go inside the venue.
It is prohibited to touch or tarnish any artistic representation, pillars, or works of art.
Guests under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Re-entry is not possible.
Strict dress code: Guests must wear clothing that covers the shoulders and knees, and remove their hats when entering the Seville Cathedral.

Accessibility

Your guide dogs therapy/assistance animals with medically-issued certificates are welcome at the venue.
This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
Ramps and elevators are available at the venue for easy access.
The tower of La Giralda is not accessible by wheelchair.

Skip the ticket office at Patio de Banderas and head straight to the Online Tickets access at Puerta del León for a quicker entry.
For your safety, security screening is a must. Please be ready for longer wait times during peak season.
