Located at Brindleyplace, just off the canal side and near the International Convention Centre (ICC), the Main Entrance is clearly signposted and serves all visitors. The entrance is fully wheelchair and pram accessible, with step-free access and automatic doors. Lifts are available inside for moving between levels, and staff are on hand to assist guests with mobility needs. Expect a short queue for ticket scanning and security, especially during peak times.

- School holidays: Opening hours often extend to 7pm during half-terms and summer.
