Much improved experience. Very informative and interactive. Kids had a great time. Lovely play area with benches to sit and have lunch afterwards.

Family came from South Africa and I booked last minute. They said it was the best experience they have had in the UK and far better than anything else.

Great day. Good tour. Quite a lot of queuing but each experience was good and the tour was interesting. Kids loved it. Chocolate is always yum!

My daughter has autism and became very upset and overwhelmed. The staff were so lovely and led me and my daughter out. Can't thank them enough

We had a great time, slightly disappointed by the ride not working at the end. I appreciate things break but we weren't told upon entering so had got the children worked up and excited for it to get to it and it not be working, we wouldnt have mentioned it to the children had we had been told at the beginning. No discount or apology reli offered.

every single member of staff were so welcoming and lovely. The lady that talked to us over the phone and greeted us when arriving (as we were late) made us feel so welcome and relieved! x We came at 1:30 on the 23rd Jan please make sure the staff get the recognition they deserve it's rare to get that kind of customer service these days!

We all love Cadbury world every visit we go on. The Cadbury is fun for all ages, the gift shop is cheapest then around the UK supermarket and normal shops. Everybody is so friendly and helpful as well.
