We visited the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie with two families and had a fantastic time. The museum is huge and full of interactive exhibits that kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. Everyone left happy and excited. Having a McDonald’s right next to it was a big plus. Booking through Headout made the day even better. Tickets were instant and we skipped the long lines, which was a real relief with two groups of kids. Smooth, stress-free, and highly recommended for families!

Advance booking. You just need to schedule the activities with hirsute, the planetarium, and the astrogonaut. The only annoying thing is having to manually enter the ticket numbers to get the official tickets on the Cité des Sciences website.

We understand that for security reasons we can't access the tickets earlier, but on the other hand, it's a bit stressful when dealing with you for the first time if we want to book an activity that requires presenting the paid ticket number. Maybe this should be explained a bit better for "novices"; as far as I'm concerned, it was Claude (AI) who fortunately helped me.

1. I was charged twice (2 tickets for the same visit with 2 different numbers: 34085834 and 34626685). I asked for a refund for one of the tickets, but because I booked them through Headout and not directly at the ticket office, they couldn't issue a refund. They told me to contact you. Question: can you refund me? 2. The Argonaute visit schedule was fully booked, so we couldn't get in. 3. The Magic area experienced a computer glitch, so we couldn't access it. 4. You had to register for a specific time slot for the Magic Potion and Astrofolies activities, so we weren't able to attend. Areas for improvement: More comprehensive communication and clearer ticket terms and conditions. Please refund the duplicate ticket.
