Sanrio Puroland was a very enjoyable experience for our Hello Kitty and Friends-loving family. The amusement park may have been small, but the details were amazing and the shows/parade were well done. The ticketing experience via headout was very quick and easy.

Sanrio Puroland was a Hello Kitty dream. There are multiple floors of photo Ops, shops, and little cafe spots. There is a parade and a couple of shows as well. The Boat Ride cost extra and the que was quite long. All in all it was a cute experience and would definitely be great for families with children, as well.

Love this place! Feels like dreamland! It looks better than in the YouTube videos. Food choices are not so great. But the place is awesome overall!

I bought the tickets thinking that I bought directly from the venue. I received an email in English and one in Japanese with the QR codes. When trying to enter the park the QR codes didn't work. The employee at the park said that I hadn't bought the tickets for Puroland, that it was for something else. After awhile and searches a found another email that had a QR code that thankfully worked. It's pretty frustrating because I don't speak any Japanese and the employee spoke very limited English.

Good. All the staffs of Puroland are very accommodating although we need to wait for another instruction to sign again online it takes only few minutes but overall all went well and good for the children as well.
