the boat tour was fine. the crowds beforehand were inconvenient because there were no clear rows per boat with the name of the boat. and departures every 15 minutes. then from 2 later tours people are already standing on the small pier. and the people who were at the front and got there first were the last to board. there were 2 very unpleasant incidents at the end of the cruise. the captain and his assistant acted very decisively. in that situation I had contacted the security people. the boat was pretty much docked. the actions of some epassengers led to eren number of others who found it outrageous what had happened.
