Everything about this tour of Sagrada Familia was perfect! It was easy to book and to find the gift shop meeting point. It was nice to have someone there to greet us when we arrived early and our guide was outstanding. She was kindhearted, friendly and oh so passionate about the biblical aspect of our tour as well as of Gaudi's art. The biblical is the part we enjoyed the most. Thank you for putting something together that was so user friendly...we recommend!!!!

The tour guide, Marco, was wonderful. He took our small group through the Sagrada Familia explaining the history with attention to detail. He was very enthusiastic, answered questions, and try to keep us in the shade during a very hot humid day in August. We really enjoyed the tour with Marco! This is a must do. Our guide was great and explained the story and details of the Sagrada Família so clearly. Our group was really small too, less than 10people so you could really gather around and get on well with everyone.

Overall, the tour was extremely informative, and the guide was very knowledgeable. I’m deducting a point because the information about the meeting place was insufficient. The email listed the wrong address for the meeting place. It also included the phone number of a different company, which, after I called them, couldn’t find the booking request. I had to contact Headout directly afterward and only then received a callback from the correct company, which was then able to tell me the correct meeting place. All in all, it was very chaotic—I barely made it to the tour on time because others were having the same trouble finding the meeting place.
