CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5The tour started about half an hour later than posted. People were gathered at the meeting point, not sure if we were in the right spot. Eventually the guide showed up and the tour started on the outside of the building. We were then taken to wait in a souvenir shop "to keep cool" while our guide went to arrange our entrance as a group. Inside we were given earbuds to hear our guide's commentary. Our guide is very animated and speaks very quickly (because we are late?) and it is hard to catch everything she says but the basilica is beautiful and maybe doesn't need too much explanation anyway. It would have been helpful to have the earbuds for the part outside as well as it was very noisy and not always possible to see our guide speaking or to hear her clearly.SSusan L
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Everything about this tour of Sagrada Familia was perfect! It was easy to book and to find the gift shop meeting point. It was nice to have someone there to greet us when we arrived early and our guide was outstanding. She was kindhearted, friendly and oh so passionate about the biblical aspect of our tour as well as of Gaudi's art. The biblical is the part we enjoyed the most. Thank you for putting something together that was so user friendly...we recommend!!!!MMrs Lauren O
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5Alex was fantastic, really knowledgeable and it was an incredible experience. We weren't going to go for the guided tour initially but there weren't tickets left for the audio guide. We are so pleased that we had Alex as a guide, we wouldn't have had the experience we did. He was able to point out key features, explain the history and symbolism. It really is an awe inspiring place! Thank you.RRuth P
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5The tour guide, Marco, was wonderful. He took our small group through the Sagrada Familia explaining the history with attention to detail. He was very enthusiastic, answered questions, and try to keep us in the shade during a very hot humid day in August. We really enjoyed the tour with Marco! The reservation process through Headout was easy. The app was great. Thank you.VVera A
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Everything was nice and profesional. I was in front of Sagrada Familia last year, but couldn`t go inside. The tour guide told us that on the main door (are under construction) are prayers on 50 languages, including Serbian. So nice.
Enjoy fast-track entry and a guided tour of Sagrada Familia, Barcelona’s iconic UNESCO-listed basilica.
Getting started
Meet your official guide at the address mentioned in your voucher, just 15 minutes before your tour time. After a quick check-in and ticket scan, you’ll be introduced to your group and given a brief overview of what’s ahead. Then it’s straight to the priority entrance—no standing in long lines under the Spanish sun.
What to expect
Step inside one of the most extraordinary buildings ever conceived—Antoni Gaudí’s still-unfinished, entirely unforgettable basilica. With construction starting in 1882 and still going strong, it’s a rare chance to see history being made in real-time.
Features
-
A forest of stone: Gaudí’s interior mimics a forest—columns stretch like tree trunks, vaults bloom like canopies, and every detail echoes the natural world.
-
Stained glass and shifting light: As daylight filters through its kaleidoscopic windows, the mood inside shifts from golden warmth to cool blues. Gaudí called it his “temple of light.”
-
Layers of meaning: From biblical references to natural motifs, every inch is rich in symbolism; your guide connects the dots so you don’t have to.
-
UNESCO World Heritage Status: Discover why Sagrada Familia is recognized globally for its artistic and architectural value.
-
Bilingual guided tour: Book a bilingual guided tour to explore the Sagrada Familia with an English and Spanish-speaking guide.
You can choose a small-group option for a more personal experience, or take things higher (literally) with elevator access to the Nativity or Passion towers. It’s the best view in the house, and a whole new angle on Gaudí’s genius.
-
