Italian Bernat was precise, thorough, and explained everything flawlessly. I went to an art high school, and I can assure you it was fantastic! He was friendly and easy to understand. As Italians, we chose the English-language tour, and I understood everything perfectly. Besides, well, what can I say… I didn’t even want to visit it at first because I thought it wouldn’t be anything special. But as soon as I walked in, my eyes were welling up with tears of wonder! And Bernat’s explanation helped me understand every detail more deeply, creating a unique and unforgettable experience—along with, of course, the sheer grandeur of Gaudí’s work. The price is indeed a bit steep, but it’s absolutely worth it! Plus, we were told that about 97% of the ticket price goes toward the costs of maintaining and “restoring” the building, which makes the cost easier to understand and, personally, even more justified. Bernat deserves 1,000 stars, not just 5! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ English Bernat was precise, detailed, and explained everything impeccably. The skip-the-line guided tour of the Sagrada Família was excellent and well worth doing. Despite the attraction being extremely busy and crowded, the skip-the-line access made entering much quicker and easier. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging and very easy to understand. They explained the history, symbolism and extraordinary architectural details of the basilica clearly, which helped us appreciate the interior far more than we would have if visiting independently. The tour was also a good length and felt well paced, with enough detail to be informative without becoming overwhelming. Unfortunately, the booking and payment process through the Headout app was problematic. The app was buggy, repeatedly crashed during the process and made it unclear whether the payment and booking had gone through successfully. This was unnecessarily stressful and really needs improvement. Overall, I would highly recommend the actual tour, but Headout needs to make its app and payment process much more reliable.

Everything about this tour of Sagrada Familia was perfect! It was easy to book and to find the gift shop meeting point. It was nice to have someone there to greet us when we arrived early and our guide was outstanding. She was kindhearted, friendly and oh so passionate about the biblical aspect of our tour as well as of Gaudi's art. The biblical is the part we enjoyed the most. Thank you for putting something together that was so user friendly...we recommend!!!!

There was some confusion at the start about the meeting point but luckily I was given our guides number so could speak to her direct. Theresa had so much knowledge and passion about the Sagrada Família , I'm so glad we chose a guided tour, made such a difference to our experience, I did have doubts when I booked. Myself and my daughter loved it and we stayed on at the end to go round it all again. It was worth paying the higher price.

Alex was fantastic, really knowledgeable and it was an incredible experience. We weren't going to go for the guided tour initially but there weren't tickets left for the audio guide. We are so pleased that we had Alex as a guide, we wouldn't have had the experience we did. He was able to point out key features, explain the history and symbolism. The tour guide, Marco, was wonderful. He took our small group through the Sagrada Familia explaining the history with attention to detail. He was very enthusiastic, answered questions, and try to keep us in the shade during a very hot humid day in August. We really enjoyed the tour with Marco! The tour started about half an hour later than posted. People were gathered at the meeting point, not sure if we were in the right spot. Eventually the guide showed up and the tour started on the outside of the building. We were then taken to wait in a souvenir shop "to keep cool" while our guide went to arrange our entrance as a group. Inside we were given earbuds to hear our guide's commentary. Our guide is very animated and speaks very quickly (because we are late?) and it is hard to catch everything she says but the basilica is beautiful and maybe doesn't need too much explanation anyway. It would have been helpful to have the earbuds for the part outside as well as it was very noisy and not always possible to see our guide speaking or to hear her clearly.

Everything was nice and profesional. I was in front of Sagrada Familia last year, but couldn`t go inside. The tour guide told us that on the main door (are under construction) are prayers on 50 languages, including Serbian. So nice.
