The tour started from the agency's office, so walking through the streets of Madrid with our wonderful guide, who shared facts and curiosities along the way, was already very interesting. Entry was quick and smooth, followed by the sheer majesty of a palace with a truly special charm. Highly recommended!

Excellent small group tour of the Palacio Real! Macarena was a fantastic tour guide. Her explanation of the history behind the art and architecture made visiting the palace that much richer. We learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the palace. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

We thought it was fantastic. We hadn't expected much from it. It's a sight we wanted to see, but guide Benny narrated it so engagingly and wittily that it turned into an amazing trip. His English was also exceptionally good and easy to hear, since we were provided with audio headsets.

The tour was organized and I like the fact we used ear buds to hear the tour guide because it can get very crowded. We stayed together as a group. The tour lasted longer than I expected but that was good because we learned more about the palace.

We really enjoyed the whole tour. The guide Jesus (apparently his genuine name) gave excellent historical information about old Madrid and of course the Royal Palace itself. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Would definitely recommend.

Regarding the palace, it is sumptuously beautiful, grand in size, and rich in detail. I only docked one star because I didn't have access to the private apartments and because of the rudeness of one of the staff members who refused to give me information because I hadn't bought the tickets directly from their ticket office (since tickets were sold out, and I paid a lot more, by the way). It is absolutely worth it! A must-visit for anyone coming to Madrid.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We did the Royal Palace tour in Madrid. It was nice to skip the line by being part of a tour. She was able to provide information about every room we visited. She was funny and kept everything light. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit the palace.
