I like the simple booking process, the convenient option to change times/trains, and the frequent trains with a wide range of departure times. I have always found the carriages to be clean, with plenty of seats and no difficulties. Well done, I think it's a great image for foreigners arriving in our country from Fiumicino. Well done, but don't rest on your laurels... there is always room for improvement and optimization....😉💪🔝

The experience of buying a ticket, receiving it to my mail box and using it was very easy, quick and literally no hassle. It was a pity I didn't know that I needed to take the EXACT train that was mentioned on my ticket. I got fined with 5€ because I hopped on an earlier train. People with paper tickets are allowed to do that (take any day going that day). So be aware that you have to take the exact train mentioned on your ticket!

The travel is so good. The train is clean and comfortable. The app is a problem, I do not received the tickets, only link to install the app and the tickets do not open in app. I went to the Trenitalia counter to print my ticket, but they said it wasn't possible and that I could continue my journey using the information from the app. During the trip, an inspector forced me to pay 5 euros because I didn't have a ticket.
