We had to walk 7 minutes to the office and the same amount of time back. They printed out paper tickets for us (in the 21st century!) and we went back to the Pantheon to stand in line again. Why force customers to go to the office to print a ticket when you could simply send a QR code and save them time?! Your organization is stuck in the middle of the last century.JJosé T
