We had a fantastic tour of Schindler’s Factory and the Kraków Ghetto, made even more memorable by our brilliant guide, Joanna. Her knowledge and insight into the history were exceptional, and she was able to answer every question the group had along the way. Joanna went above and beyond to engage with everyone, making sure the whole group felt involved. She brought the history to life in a very respectful and interesting way. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Joanna as a guide.

9/11 een regenachtige dag en we hebben Krakow al heel grondig verkend. Rest ons nog een plaats: de Schindler emailfabriek: een must see en best met een gids, reserveren via Headout was de beste beslissing die we hebben genomen de rij paraplu's was lang en we konden onmiddellijk naar binnen.

Auschwitz-Birkenau var en stor, skræmmende og tankevækkende oplevelse, som Headout havde arrangeret fint. Eneste minus var, at afgangen blev rykket tre timer frem (der burde måske være en grænse for, hvor meget den kunne rykkes).

Our driver Mikołaj was excellent and clearly informed us about all we needed to do and where to be. The vehicle was very clean and spacious and the journey very smooth. The tour itself was very sad and sobering as to what went on at Auschwitz-Birkenau but a must visit sight. Thank you.

Las minas de sal de Wieliczka son impresionantes. Me ha alucinado que la parte visitable turística es del 1% del total de la mina, por lo que es una mina inmensa. Es muy bonita y me parece increíble la capacidad del ser humano por construir cosas increíbles. La guía turística me ha encantado, muy buena, cuidando el grupo en todo momento y muy simpática . Sobresaliente .

Comment ne pas admirer le travail des mineurs qui ont creusé la roche saline pour créer ces 2 chapelles et les charpentiers qui ont créé ces charpentes en bois. Magnifique travail. Le lac artificiel d'eau salée est également remarquable. La guide francophone était parfaite.

Very informative. The English requested tour,the guide spoke very clear. I was in a wheelchair and the guide was so helpful and made sure I got to the lifts with help. Would highly recommend the tour and recommend to the disabled. Only one room I couldn't go in as it was full of gravel but the guide made sure I could still hear and understand. As a wheelchair user I can miss alot but I did not on this tour. Thank you

A fantastic experience! Thanks to the skip-the-line tickets, we entered the mine faster than I can find the salt shaker at home. Our guide was interesting and funny, so we barely noticed how many steps we had climbed down. The underground chambers are beautiful—the chapel, statues, and even chandeliers made of salt are truly impressive. We decided not to taste the walls, though. 😄 I definitely recommend this tour. Once you return to the surface, you will never look at ordinary table salt the same way again!
