It was my first time using this platform. We had a great guide who made the tour very engaging, sharing interesting stories, examples, and jokes, and interacting with the group throughout.
The museum itself is interesting, but in my opinion, it wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable without the guide.

Un tur ghidat cu adevărat informativ și interesant. De obicei, preferăm să ne plimbăm prin muzee pe cont propriu, dar turul ghidat ne-a ajutat cu adevărat să înțelegem exponatele și istoria orașului. Ghidul nostru, Adrian, vorbea o engleză excelentă – mulțumim, Adrian!

Personalul este foarte amabil. Punct negativ: nu există indicatoare speciale la stațiile de autobuz și nici orare. Am mers pe jos până la stația nr. 1 (Hotel Galaxy) ca să fac rost de un pliant. În toate celelalte orașe din Europa în care am folosit autobuzele hop-on hop-off, biletele se vindeau peste tot în oraș și existau mult mai multe materiale publicitare
