Ghidul audio este informativ și interesant; în Cracovia sunt multe lucruri de povestit. Muzica de fundal era prea tare, așa că a trebuit să reglez constant volumul după fiecare secțiune audio. Cumpărați biletul în avans direct de la Jordan Group prin aplicația Headout; aceasta este cea mai ieftină modalitate de a-l achiziționa. Am parcurs întregul circuit, dar o oră și jumătate fără pauză este mult prea mult; faceți cel puțin o pauză.

Personalul este foarte amabil. Punct negativ: nu există indicatoare speciale la stațiile de autobuz și nici orare. Am mers pe jos până la stația nr. 1 (Hotel Galaxy) ca să fac rost de un pliant. În toate celelalte orașe din Europa în care am folosit autobuzele hop-on hop-off, biletele se vindeau peste tot în oraș și existau mult mai multe materiale publicitare

Un tur ghidat cu adevărat informativ și interesant. De obicei, preferăm să ne plimbăm prin muzee pe cont propriu, dar turul ghidat ne-a ajutat cu adevărat să înțelegem exponatele și istoria orașului. Ghidul nostru, Adrian, vorbea o engleză excelentă – mulțumim, Adrian!

Very comprehensive and well-curated sightseeing route; you do see a very large portion of the city on the tour and it's a very pleasant atmosphere. The headphones handed out (and I do mean headphones as opposed to disposable earphones) are of good quality. The only slight critique is that the narration of the audio tour is not so easy yo follow and it cuts out in parts.

Frequency: Every 50 minutes and every 2nd, 4th, and 6th bus at every stop is only available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Tickets are available at the box office on the day of the tour. The number of tickets is limited. One person can book 5 tickets valid on the free admission day at the box office.
