Tourguide was knowledgeable but the factoey has nothing about Schindler and his saving work or more about him. It was just pictures of the war. We watched the movie and were inspired by his work now to dins put this "factory" is nothing about that. If I would be a living damily member I would be hurt and insulted that thousands of people come To visit Schindler and they dont get what they payed for. This is history and besides one room called "office" norhing about this man who saved thousands. Maybe to reco sider the tour and name of this place. Very dissaapointed like all from my geoup and those we spoke to.

A deeply moving and powerful experience. The tour gave us a detailed insight into the history of the Nazi occupation and the Holocaust in Kraków. The stories were presented so vividly that we could almost physically feel the horror people endured. We were especially impressed by the remarkable courage and humanity of Oskar Schindler and the pharmacist Tadeusz Pankiewicz. Our guide, Anna Karcz, was very attentive and answered all our questions thoroughly and in great detail. An unforgettable tour that we would highly recommend.

The guide was very good, obviously know a lot about the topic and had a lot of interesting things to say. He seemed to be personally interested in the issue and could always answer questions. The group was also of a good size. It could appear a bit expensive but was well worth the money.

Our guide, Michael was excellent, he was extremely informative and linked in a huge range of exhibits into a coherent and entertaining narrative. He was clearly interested in the subject and made the whole experience very worthwhile. Thank you Michael!

Joanna was very good with her history as she patiently answered all our questions at the end. She gave us good insights into the living conditions of the Jews during WWII. Small and often missable plaques became very interesting during the tour.

The museum name is misleading as very little is dedicated to Oscar Schindler, nevertheless it was a great visit followed by a great tour in the ghetto. Fantastic guide Anna. Thank you very much for your explanation

Very informative. The English requested tour,the guide spoke very clear. I was in a wheelchair and the guide was so helpful and made sure I got to the lifts with help. Would highly recommend the tour and recommend to the disabled. Only one room I couldn't go in as it was full of gravel but the guide made sure I could still hear and understand. As a wheelchair user I can miss alot but I did not on this tour. Thank you

We had a fantastic tour of Schindler’s Factory and the Kraków Ghetto, made even more memorable by our brilliant guide, Joanna. Her knowledge and insight into the history were exceptional, and she was able to answer every question the group had along the way. Joanna went above and beyond to engage with everyone, making sure the whole group felt involved. She brought the history to life in a very respectful and interesting way. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Joanna as a guide.

We had a wonderful experience visiting Schindler Factory. The exhibition was very interesting, moving, and incredibly well presented. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and able to explain the history in an engaging and understandable way. You could really feel the importance of this place and its story. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kraków. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!
