Our family of 4 thought the tour of the Bernabéu Stadium was excellent. Our guide was Astrid and she was very informative. The ear buds and sound packs were a great idea as we could all hear her and she didn't have to strain her voice shouting at us all. We were very impressed to see the changing rooms and to get pitch-side. Even more impressive to see the actual grass out! It was great to see all the cups and trophies too. Astrid was a lovely guide, friendly, well-informed and her English was good (we booked the English speaking tour). Highly recommend this tour even if you're not that into football.

Sunday, October 4th, 9:30 AM, Bernabéu Stadium. Three of us came from Italy and we only understand a little Spanish, but our guide Martin was very kind when I asked him to speak slowly! Excellent and very friendly! I can say that everything was handled very professionally: timing, payments, and no lines. Just one suggestion: the meeting point is marked on the booking, but it's not very visible. A sign or a little flag would help, because since we couldn't see you, many people in the group lined up at the entrance. I definitely recommend HEADOUT!

We did the tour with José, and I can honestly say it was the best tour I’ve ever been on. He was incredibly patient with everyone, shared so many fascinating stories and interesting facts, and was extremely funny throughout the whole tour. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend him!

Meet your guide in a small plaza near the bar Mar de Copas Madrid, where they’ll be holding an orange "ExperienceFirst" sign. After a brief introduction, your guide will lead the group through ticket validation and security before entering the stadium.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the stadium or the museum.

Carrying large suitcases is prohibited, as there is no facility to store them during your tour.

Smoking, drinking, carrying drones, selfie sticks, and tripods is prohibited.

Accessibility

The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Keep in mind that the tour route includes numerous flights of stairs.

Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.

Additional information

Due to pre-match preparations, the dressing rooms and benches are not accessible on match days or the day before.

On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.

Due to security reasons, the stadium doesn’t have any storage facilities for luggage, wheelchairs, and so on.

You cannot access the stadium’s field during the tour.

Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
