CoupleVerified booking2 days ago4/5The system is great! It’s fun and you get to see a lot. The ticket price is OK—though I think 25,- for one day is a bit expensive—but 45,- for three days is fair. The signage could use some improvement. Some boats don’t have route numbers, which makes it hard for visitors to tell if they’re on the right boat. I also sometimes had trouble figuring out which stop was for which direction. We ended up on the wrong boat quite a few times. But the staff on the boats were always friendly and very helpful—despite what I think is their tough job. I definitely enjoyed riding with them!BBuquet I
SoloVerified booking2 days ago4/5Bus/vaporetto combo: very convenient and pays for itself very quickly over 3 days. *Lack of clear instructions on how to retrieve the ticket* Perhaps the voucher should explain more clearly how to print the ticket directly at the kiosk—the white kiosks, not the yellow ones, using the alphanumeric code from the reservation—because the first Unica agency was nearly a 30-minute walk from the station. Furthermore, they don’t print the ticket, contrary to what’s stated during the booking process. Fortunately, one agent spoke French and was able to explain it to me. It wasn’t a major inconvenience, just a waste of time for an “online” system.DDr. Glück U
SoloVerified booking5 days ago5/5All I can say is: GOOD AND AFFORDABLE. Everything went smoothly, from buying the ticket online to traveling by bus and vaporetto. The service is excellent. The vaporettos and buses run on time. We really enjoyed the vaporetto trips... you can hop on and off wherever you want. The stations are well marked, so you can't get lost. We'll be back. Thank you very much.CCormann F
GroupVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5A one-day trip to Venice for four people. From the parking lot, it’s a 2-minute ride on the rapid transit train to the city center; we took trips to the islands of Murano and Burano and also cruised through the canals. Everything included in the price. Everything looks completely different from the water. And it’s a nice little break… plus you can see so much more than you would on foot… at each stop, there’s a staff member who’s happy to provide information… Value for money: 5 starsVVellella A
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Excellent. Buying a 7-day pass saved me a lot of money, since single-day tickets are very expensive and the ticket counters are extremely crowded. In fact, in addition to saving money, you also save a significant amount of travel time, since you can board departing vaporetti directly without having to wait in line to buy tickets.
