It was amazing—we were able to use everything for two whole days and got to every place we wanted to go with the tickets. It was super easy to order and pay online, and then just enter the code from the email at one of the many ticket machines—and boom, there’s your ticket, and the fun begins. Whether on land or across the water, it was fantastic and super convenient to travel with you. A big shout-out to all the great drivers—it was a pleasure! We highly recommend these tickets!!!

Booking online was a breeze! I got the tickets right at the machine using the code! It’s just great that you can take advantage of all the options without having to stand in line or wait. It would be awesome if tickets were also available for fewer than 7 days—like 4, 5, or 6 days!

Unlimited access to the vaporetto offers great opportunities to travel between the islands in the lagoon. Access to regional trains made for smooth travel from Mestre, where we were staying, into Ferrovia.

The passes would have been perfect the boat ride was wonderful and we did get to use it on the second day. But if you arrive in Europe and haven't worked out your Internet you are unable to claim your ticket. You're unable to download the PDF. I had to go back to my hotel with Wi-Fi and write down all of my PNR numbers. I was unable to manually enter the PNR numbers at the kiosk for the ferry. The person on duty will not help you. You have to go to the kiosk all that said once we had the past life was good.

Please note that this is not a direct entry ticket. You need to present your voucher (containing your PNR code) at an ACTV ticket office or machine to collect your physical ticket before travel.

While pre-booking tickets saves you from long queues, ticket collection may take 5–15 minutes depending on queues.

The pass is valid for 1, 2, 3, or 7 consecutive days from the first validation.

Redeem and activate your pass instantly at an ACTV automatic ticket machine or designated Points of Sale and Collection spots.

Tickets must be validated each time you board a Vaporetto or ACTV bus.
