Turibus: Mexico City Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

This was a lovely experience. I would only request to only have an English translation since many of us are tourists and don't speak the language. But we were able to understand with the translator app and the audio guide. Still it was really easy to take the bus and visit all the spots. Thank you!

Terrible, I couldn't do it. There was only one place to pick up the tickets, which was very far away. I never managed to go and get them. Very bad, very dissatisfied and annoyed. If you buy it, they should activate the code so you can get on at all the Turibus stations. You shouldn't have to go to a place far away to activate the code. If you finally buy it, it's because you need the code to get on. Also, the email said 24 hours, and it's not for 24-hour use. Terrible service, I lost my money, I wasted time at Turibus trying to find out with the internal Headout code if I could get the ticket and it wasn't possible, but I had to go in person to another place. That's no longer used; it must be with an online code, and you send the ticket. Terrible service, very dissatisfied and really annoyed. I would appreciate it if you could refund my money, or part of it, since in the end all I managed to do was waste time and cause dissatisfaction. Regards, Fernanda
