Visiting Chapultepec Castle was such a beautiful experience! They picked us up at the hotel right on time, waited for us, and guided us when we arrived at the port. They showed us around, and once on the boat, made sure we had life jackets and felt safe on board. Katy and Alex were kind and welcoming—they answered all our questions, pointed out the fish under the dock, watched over our belongings, took us to lunch at Ice Bar (delicious and fun), and brought us back safe and sound. I highly recommend them.

It was a smooth experience, natuve guides were helpful, allowed to walk freely and see pyraimds closely as well as museums. Enjoy that there was restroom access and other places to see.

This tour included a lot more than I expected. Our guide took us on a cable car ride so we saw the city from above. We also stopped at a market for some fruit and delicious taco bite before moving on to Chapultepec park and the museum. Learned a lot in one day. This tour is a must!
