Your Suica IC Card, preloaded with JPY 1,500, can be further topped up at any Suica IC Card redemption station. Thus, ensuring that your travelling and shopping experience in Tokyo is a hassle-free one.
The Suica IC Card isn't just limited to one place, it can also be used in Sendai, Niigata, Hokkaido, Tokai, West Japan, and Kyushu areas for certain transportation systems. The card has an expiration date of 10 years.

In case you need to return the card, please go to the service counter in JR East Japan stations. Travelers may receive a deposit of JPY500 when returning the card, but a handling fee of JPY220 will be charged.
