You can also redeem the physical tickets at the offices of each Tokyo Metro stations, except in Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishifunabashi, Yoyogi Uehara, Wako City, Hanzomon Line/ Fukutoshin Line Shibuya, and Meguro stations.
