Seamless Activation

To activate the pass for trains, insert the pass into the ticket gate in the ticket arrow direction and for buses use the payment machine to activate your pass. And, furthermore, to enjoy discounts, you can present your pass or discount coupons at select stores and restaurants.

Additional Information

This pass is available for non-Japanese passport holders only.
Please be advised that you may be required to present the back of your PASS on routes operated by some transportation companies.
Separate fares will be required for journeys outside the valid zone.
There are a total of 11 redemption points where you can exchange your ticket. - The pass will not be reissued when lost.
The ticket exchanged with the QR code voucher can not be refunded.
Tickets will not be refunded for suspended services by a transportation company once the pass has been used.
If the pass is used illegally, it will be invalidated and an additional fare will be charged.
