Transportation in Osaka

I was pleased with the staff’s courtesy, the beautiful scenery at the theme park, and the fact that the wait times weren’t as bad as I’d expected, even though I didn’t buy an express pass. The food inside was also delicious and varied.

We had an amazing time at Universal Studios Japan! The park was incredibly clean, organized, and full of energy from the moment we walked in. The rides were top tier, especially Super Nintendo World and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — both felt immersive and detailed beyond expectations. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, even during busy hours, and the food options were surprisingly good throughout the park. The atmosphere at night was also unforgettable, with the lights, music, and themed areas making the whole experience feel magical. Wait times can get long for popular attractions, but using timed entry and planning ahead made everything much smoother. Overall, it was one of the best theme park experiences we’ve had, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Japan.

It was a good deal and easy to use. Only problem was that we tried to use it for a train that wasn't included so had to pay $$.

The check-in process with the pass was amazing, did not have to wait in long que and got through it like a VIP. It was amazing. Seamless and happy experience. Avoided all the hustle that it covered. Made our journey smooth and memorable. Definitely it was worth the purchase at the end of the day.
