What to bring

What’s not allowed

• High heels and flip-flops are not permitted inside the experience.

• Entry is not permitted for children under 7 years old.

• Teams without an adult (18+) must have all members at least 14 years old.

Accessibility

• This experience may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or those requiring wheelchair access due to the physical nature of the challenges.

Additional information

• A minimum of 2 people is required to form a team; the maximum team size is 5.

• For children up to 12 years old, at least one accompanying adult is required (ticket included).

• The experience is designed for ages 7 and above.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session.

• Your ticket includes access to 35 themed challenge cells for 90 minutes of play.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime or denied entry.
