Located on the western side of Optus Stadium near the main reception or visitor desk, this is the usual check-in point for tour participants. Staff scan printed or mobile vouchers here, and some third-party bookings may require desk check-in before entry. Expect only a short queue for check-in and group assembly, followed by any required bag check or visual screening before the group enters secured internal areas together. Step-free paths lead here from nearby car parks and Stadium Station, and interior lifts can be used for upper levels. Because the stadium is large, arriving on the wrong side can add a 10-15 minute walk, so allow extra time.
