It was easy to find, just as described. We met the representative at the designated spot to pick up our paper tickets and were also given a brief introductory tour in Italian of the entire castle grounds; the audio guide was actually very well done. Highly recommended!

The castle is very beautiful, especially the cathedral; people form long lines that move very quickly, but it wasn't so great that some shops only accept cash, especially in Golden Lane
