We got lost and was late for the start of the tour. They called us and walked us through directions on how to get to their office and walked us to the tour to catch up with the others. They went above and beyond and your guide was knowledgeable and good speaking voice.

I love it, the experience was great. The only comment was related to the time and the weather: it was really hot that day, so finding the Pier was a nightmare 😩 I would complement the information saying how to get the places in a friendly way. I hope it helps

I thought we could go into the tower with the ticket instead of us only walking from the tourist office to the clock. The guide was informative but the ticket felt like a waste of money in the end.

I have bad hips and thought that there was a lift. I used the first lift but was then told to walk up the long, winding ramp up to the final stage.

I found the clock wonderful but to pick our tickets up was hard if we did not have a sat nav it would have been a night mare. I was looking for a blue and white umbreller not a sign on the wall.

Get your tickets in front of the Astronomical Clock on Old Town Square. Here you'll be intimated with the history of the Gothic structure. You'll learn about its fascinating stories and significance in 20 minutes. With all the information you need, you'll skip the line and head to the famous 600-year-old marvel. Once you enter the medieval structure, you'll explore how it tells the time, provides the date, shows astronomical and zodiacal information through its parts. Most of these parts are centuries-old and have been meticulously maintained over the years.

Panoramic Cruise

Twisting through the city like a backward question mark, the river keeps you disconnected from the stir of the streets, while at the same time connecting you to the sights and sounds of the old city as it slowly glides by. View the intriguing Prague Castle and float under the long-standing Charles Bridge. Pass by sights like Rudolfinum, National Theatre, Metronom, and Bedřich Smetana Museum situated in the neo-Renaissance building of the former Old Town Waterworks. This 55-min cruise is ideal if you’re looking to explore Prague at a relaxed pace. Pleasant staff will greet you onboard and a bar is available to serve small refreshments and coffee or cold drinks. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the tour will also run at 11am.
