I found the clock wonderful but to pick our tickets up was hard if we did not have a sat nav it would have been a night mare. I was looking for a blue and white umbreller not a sign on the wall.

Amazing guide. So knowledgeable and easy going. Really gave us some interesting insight and engaging. Sort of guide you wish you could take everywhere you travel as he explains the history, architecture and more so well! Thank you.

The introduction made by our guide Nicolas was comprehensive and interesting, the inside then of the clock with its rooms and with the view from above was just wonderful!

Quiet little boat trip, but it's a shame there's no French translation and no hard copy in French as indicated.

Had to go to somewhere away from the clock to redeem tickets and unfortunately if you have no service on your phone google maps isn't going to help you find this place which was very stressful. The tour was minimal and gave a bit of info but it was about 10 mins worth of speaking and then you go into the clock by yourself. The fast track tickets were not worth it as there were no queues and nobody mentioned about the extra lift tickets you have to pay for separately or walk 2 floors up which is a steep ramp. The clock and views were amazing.

Prague is a wonderful city. On the Prague have got super info on St. Vitus Cathedral, but not the castle. But Millowitch was super nice. He explained it in German. At the city hall it was more difficult.my English is not so good. The young woman went quickly, told some basics in English. Took a little more time at the clock. But we had a nice vacation in any case

The guide was absolutely fab, enthusiastic and entertaining. The only con was that 6 people were 10 minutes late so we all had to wait for them.

I loved the tour experience and tour leader explenation, then the inside tour around astronomical clock. Fantastic experience.

The guides were super nice. I went a little early than the tine i should go, and still the guides were able to go with us tonde the clock and told us what we needed to know

El guía asignado hablaba muy buen español y se esforzó porque tuvieramos claridad en todo lo que nos fue explicando en el recorrido para llegar al Reloj Astronómico y ahi la explicación conducente, sin duda muy profesional y amable.

It was very relaxing. Not crowded at all. The refreshments were great and reasonably priced. Staff was very courteous. Next time I go to Prague I will go again....

The process of getting our tickets was very easy and we appreciate the little talks the guides gave about each place before we went in. It was of course very nice to avoid the long lines too 😊

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the Astronomical clock as well as the history of the area surrounding the clock. Tour group was a nice small size so you were able to hear the tour guide and interact with questions.

Seating was basically a picnic wooden fold away chair for those wanting to sit outside when the fixed benches (didn't look much better for comfort) were being used. Too many languages catered for on audio commentary, making it very slow and timing was off when it came to the right building etc being opposite us. Generally ok.

The guide at the ticket pick up was super nice and knowledgable.
