Liked - good facilities and plenty of wonderful art to enjoy. In fact probably too much! Disliked - queue to get in (go later when the queue to get through security is small and pre-purchase tickets) and the prices of food and drink. (Photos only allowed in a couple of rooms)

To visit the Royal Palace of Madrid along with the Prado Museum, I think booking in advance is a must for a smoother and more convenient entry, and the Headout website is perfect for this: booking is quick and secure. The guide was a mixed experience. Overall only 3/5 stars as you can expect a bit more. For example Leornardo da Vinci was NOT only good at marketing- he was a genius ahead of it's time. As a guide you need to have more in depth knowledge. Also his story about the Mona Lisa was simply to long. A guide who loves to hear himself talking should at least have better stories to tell.
