Temps de visite non respecté, 1h40 au lieu de 2h. Guide sympathique, mais la visite et les explications étaient trop rapides! On nous demande d'arriver avec 15 min d'avance mais la guide est arrivée à 10h30, le temps de distribuer les audio-guides, de faire l'appel, on perd du temps... Et fin de la visite à 12h15/20

After purchasing the tickets from yourselves, I was again charged another 40 Euro for 'entrance fee' when we arrived, even though this was included in the original price. We have still not received a refund.

Amazing!! Our guide Anna was super knowledgeable and well spoken. Reccomend getting an early tour as Pompeii gets very busy starting around 11am.
