My daughter is in her final year of Archiogy and her dream was to visit Pompeii. We decided on the audio guide and skipping the line tour because it was great value for money and didn't offer unnecessary complications. Everything was well communicated and explained... and was exactly as expected. We can also recommend the bus transport from Naples as an easier option to arrive at Pompeii. We had a fantastic time and the staff were excellent and helpful. Thanks guys for helping us with a big tick for the bucket list ! Katie

The tour was very good. Gave us a glimpse of everyday Roman colony city life. What should be added: tell about those sites worth visiting after the tour thatwere skipped. Also about the cafeteria. Gad to ask about tgese. Also in tge beginning when going to Lupernalia, perhaps tell about other buildings we pass, not just about red light district related stuff. Felt like that was the only building of interest. 😃

Very well done! My wife and I booked this tour as part of our 50th Anniversary trip through Italy. For this event we took the train from Sorrento to Pompeii (easy and inexpensive) and we all met together at the Tour office, which is on the 2nd floor of the train station where you arrive in Pompeii - so easy. Next, we met the tour guide and received our instructions and listening devices and walked a short distance to the entry gate. We went right through a dedicated gate (truly jumped the line) and into the site. Our guide took us on a very interesting and fact filled trek through Pompeii that ultimately finished with the most fascinating sights and restorations you could imagine. Pompeii is huge and attempting to self guide would undoubtedly be an impossible task... There's just too much to see and much is repetitive if you walk around trying to figure it out yourself! Using the Headout App and Landmarks Tours was a truly simple and enjoyable experience for me an my wife.

We had a fantastic guidertour at Pompeii. A special thanks goes to our guide, Mr. Igor, who made the tour both engaging and informative. His knowledge of Pompeii’s history was impressive, and he had a great way of explaining things so that even our son(13yrs) could easily follow and stay interested. He brought the ancient city to life with fascinating stories, details, and insights that we would have completely missed on our own. Mr. Igor was also very friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure everyone in the group was comfortable and involved. The pace of the tour was perfect—not rushed, but still covering all the key highlights. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for all three of us. The whole process was brilliant. We didn't need to queue, Maria led the 2 hour tour, it was engaging, inclusive and witty. She also kept our daughters (aged 12 & 14) attention and they were fascinated. When booking, I looked at reviews of a few companies and this one came out on top. The meeting spot is in the upstairs of the station and you just need to cross the road with the group and you're in.
