There where no "Skip" in any of this service, it was a mess getting into the permises and no benefit! All stars you get is for the talent and job of our guide, whom was bothe interesting, good in presenting and smiling. All applaus to her and nothing for the intro/entry - sorry!!

My daughter is in her final year of Archiogy and her dream was to visit Pompeii. We decided on the audio guide and skipping the line tour because it was great value for money and didn't offer unnecessary complications. Everything was well communicated and explained... and was exactly as expected. We can also recommend the bus transport from Naples as an easier option to arrive at Pompeii. The tour was very good. Gave us a glimpse of everyday Roman colony city life. What should be added: tell about those sites worth visiting after the tour thatwere skipped. Also about the cafeteria. Gad to ask about tgese. Also in tge beginning when going to Lupernalia, perhaps tell about other buildings we pass, not just about red light district related stuff. Felt like that was the only building of interest. 😃

Very well done! My wife and I booked this tour as part of our 50th Anniversary trip through Italy. For this event we took the train from Sorrento to Pompeii (easy and inexpensive) and we all met together at the Tour office, which is on the 2nd floor of the train station where you arrive in Pompeii - so easy. Next, we met the tour guide and received our instructions and listening devices and walked a short distance to the entry gate. We went right through a dedicated gate (truly jumped the line) and into the site. Our guide took us on a very interesting and fact filled trek through Pompeii that ultimately finished with the most fascinating sights and restorations you could imagine. Pompeii is huge and attempting to self guide would undoubtedly be an impossible task... There's just too much to see and much is repetitive if you walk around trying to figure it out yourself! Using the Headout App and Landmarks Tours was a truly simple and enjoyable experience for me an my wife.

Me and my four friends had the best of time, was very interesting to see and to hear about history and life before and after eruption of Vesuvio. The guide was excellent talking fluently English and explaning everything.

The guide was good, but the tour was far too short. Unfortunately, the amphitheater wasn't included. Too many tourists, and the connection to the headset wasn't good. So many people all at once in the location; it was simply overcrowded. Unfortunately, it is not possible to take photos in peace without some annoying do-it-yourself person running into the picture with a phone just to take the thousandth selfie they will never look at again.... . Professional photographers with appropriate camera equipment almost always have the upper hand. The tour guide could not take account of the time a good photo takes.

Checkin was efficient. Our guide was pleasant and informed. Many of us were clearly having trouble hearing her well. Her English is great, the problem appeared to be with different inflection in her voice we just could not hear parts of what she said of a lot of information leading to a lot of incomplete information. I estimate got about 85% of what was said.
