It was a very pleasant start. The meeting point and wristband pickup were handled with friendly service; our guide, Paula, was charming, friendly, and laid-back… and very helpful. The bus was comfortable and cool; the lunch break was at a beautiful, peaceful spot in the woods, with the option to eat your own food at picnic tables or dine at the restaurant… with freedom of choice, nothing too structured. The tour itself struck a good balance between activity and breaks. The tour guide was always attentive and patient, providing just the right amount of information—nothing excessive. The beauty of the place is breathtaking, and the atmosphere was always uplifting thanks to the scenery. Despite encountering other groups—we sometimes went in opposite directions—or the boat ride across the lake involving few delays (some were leaving while others were arriving)—there was a certain balance among so many people… the peace of the place fosters endless patience. The park’s signs and directions are clear. The tourist facilities—restrooms and common areas for resting—are in good condition, and there’s also a natural spring for refilling water bottles. The entire experience was perfectly balanced. We were very satisfied.

An exceptional national park, both in its beauty and its grandeur. Numerous waterfalls are visible, even in the summer. We even spotted an otter! Easy access, well-marked trails, and boardwalks for strolling. A bus takes you to the top of the trail, and a short boat ride is included in the tour. Arrive early at Entrance 2, and you’ll see very few people on your walk; however, around noon at Entrance 1, it gets extremely crowded with lots of people and buses (see photo). This day at the park is exceptional and well worth a visit during a trip to Croatia. The price is a bargain considering the beauty of the site.

The Plitvice Nature park in Zadar, Croatia is really beautiful and breathtaking. Many waterfalls in the park will make you wow. The color of the lake is amazing and very clean water. The path is very easy to find. We chose 5-6 hours trekking road which is C route and it was I think the best route there is. We didn't spend whole 6 hours so you can do it very slowly and stop every viewpoints and take photos. Highly recommended if you are coming to visit Croatia.

The trip to the Plitvice Lakes with my family on my birthday was wonderful; the sight of this magnificent and breathtaking natural beauty left us all in awe. Buying the tickets went absolutely smoothly, and it’s also worth mentioning that admission is free for children who aren’t yet of school age. Boat and train rides are included in the price, which really rounds out the experience. An unforgettable experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed all the beautiful waterfalls and stunning nature! We also liked that part of the trip was by bus and part by boat. The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to be in good physical shape if you take Tour H. It was physically quite demanding, and with the heat, it was pretty tough.

The park is beautiful, although there was a large number of people, it never felt too crowded. I even found a spot secluded enough to present my wife with a 25th anniversary ring privately. The sights were beautiful, the water looked almost unreal. We walked a total of over 11 kms and loved every minute.

We chose Route H, and it was a great decision. It included a small train ride, a boat trip, and plenty of walking. Somehow, it never even occurred to us how much we’d be walking, because there was always something that made us want to stop for just one more minute. 🌝 I think the itinerary is put together really well; it never gets boring or monotonous. And the Plitvice Lakes are truly much more impressive in person than in pictures. We really enjoyed the whole trip—we’d come back anytime! 🤩

Our visit to the Plitvice Lakes was absolute perfection! Walking along the wooden boardwalks surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise waters, cascading waterfalls, and lush greenery felt like stepping into a fairytale. The sheer scale and natural beauty of the cascading lakes are breathtaking, and every turn offered a new, postcard-worthy view. An unforgettable experience and a true natural wonder—superb in every way!

You can buy your e-ticket from the comfort of your own home; upon arrival, there are no lines—just a fantastic nature park. It’s really convenient. The ticket also includes transportation within the park via electric boat and bus. The 7 a.m. reservation is worth the early wake-up call: the park isn’t crowded, and in August the temperature is perfect for walking (bring a sweatshirt)—after 10 a.m., it gets really hot.

Plitvice Lakes was absolutely beautiful and definitely worth the visit! We arrived early in the morning, which was a great choice as it wasn’t crowded and we could really enjoy the peaceful scenery. We followed Route B, which was a perfect way to explore the stunning turquoise lakes, waterfalls, and surrounding nature. The views were breathtaking throughout. A truly beautiful and memorable experience!
